Botrytis cinerea mutants database

Description

Botrytis cinerea, the grey mould fungus, is a plant pathogen with a necrotrophic lifestyle causing serious pre- and post-harvest diseases on a variety of plant species worldwide.

This database handles a full list of manually curated publications where Botrytis cinerea mutants have been described (from 1997 to date).
Previous T4 or B05.10 identities (Amselem et al., 2011 , Staats and van Kan, 2012 ) referenced in former publications were converted to BcinB0510 identities (van Kan et al., 2016 ), using the "Cross-reference table for Botrytis cinerea B0510 and T4 gene ids" (https://doi.org/10.15454/IHYJCX).

To retrieve more genomic informations on Botrytis cinerea and other fungi studied at BIOGER, see our bioinfobioger genome portal.
